*Shipping for these items are always done through USPS.
*I am not responsible for items lost by USPS. Due to the Low Shipping cost that I charge, a tracking # is not included. As a buyer you are given the option to upgrade your shipping to include a tracking #. If you choose not to upgrade your shipping to include a tracking # and your item is lost by USPS, I am not liable for it and you will not have a claim to file.
*I do not refund or exchange stickers due to buyers remorse or buyer's error. This includes the wrong size or color chosen by the buyer.
*Stickers can however be replaced due to damage during shipping w/photos provided to me.

Local Pick Up is Available in Ocala, Florida. If you live in the State of Florida a nearby State, you are more than Welcome to Save on Shipping & Pick Your Item Up. Please Message me if you are interested in Local Pick up.

1.) I only ship Shoe Boxes & Mini Boxes within the United States.
2.) Buyer is responsible for paying their own import fees & taxes on any items purchased.
3.) I am not responsible for any items that get stuck in Customs, refused by Customs, or sent back by Customs.
4.) I do not refund for any purchases that are shipped back because of Customs Issues.

1.) Shipping is done through a Freight Company that will DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR!!!
2.) Shipping fee includes the cost of the shipping crate, full insurance & home delivery fees
3.)Shipping is only to the Continental US - & does not include Hawaii or Alaska
4.) YOU WILL BE sent an email confirmation once your order is ready to ship or if further information is needed.
5.)YOU MUST INCLUDE A PHONE# with your Shoe Box Order... These Cannot be shipped without a good working contact #.
6.)All Mini Gadget Boxes are shipped Through UPS.
***DAMAGES DUE to SHIPPER'S MISHANDLING: "CLAIMS"***
*I Do Not use Fed-Ex or UPS for the 12, 16, or 24 pair boxes... they have proven to be incapable of handling the size of these shipping containers. I use a hand selected Freight Shipper for these boxes who has a proven track record & specializes in handling boxes of these sizes!!
*I do Not issue any type of credit or refund. Any Damages that occur to your shoe box order will either be fully replaced or partially replaced depending on what is refunded to me by the shipper.
*I use USPS or UPS for any shoe box smaller than a 12 pair.
*I NEVER ship a box damaged or in non-working condition.
*Seller is not responsible for any damages caused during shipping. Seller is not responsible to cover any other extra expense incurred during shipping.
*IF your shipping crate arrives in any condition that appears to be damaged prior to opening...you MUST immediately contact me ( DO NOT THROW AWAY your shipping crate if it is damaged)
*ALL claims are processed through the freight shipping company or UPS by the Seller on the Buyer's behalf.
*Photos will HAVE to be submitted to me if there is damage.
*There is NO CLAIM submitted if YOU damage the box uncrating it or moving it into your home.
*The delivery driver DOES NOT uncrate your box. He will however deliver it to your garage, front door or inside your front door IF there is room to bring it through the door opening. I do my very best to package your purchase so that it arrives ready to use and damage free.
*I DO NOT Accept CANCELLATIONS or REFUND orders due to buyers remorse*

Boxes in Stock:
*It is very rare that I have one pre-made and ready to ship.
*Depending on the box you order.. it take 3-6 weeks to order the wood, cut, sand, assemble, paint, apply logos, & clear coat.
*Each box is hand painted. Drying time in-between coats vary with the climate & Humidity in Florida.
*Weather can also play a huge part in the process time. I dont pick up wood or ship when its raining... In Florida- that can mean days of waiting and delays in the process.
*Shipping & Delivery takes 6-15 days depending on where you live. (TOTAL TIME till you get your box 4-5+ WEEKS)
